How we will
work with you.

01 - Getting to know your project:

It all begins with our initial meeting and discovery sessions, where we learn about your business, customers, and pain points. We use this information to lay the foundation for your brand. Along with gather infomation on all the design assets you will need

02 - We Create the Brief:

Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will send out a brief that outlines all the items you are seeking, along with a cost breakdown and project timeline, detailing everything that will occur throughout your project with us.

03 - The Project Starts: (Deposit 50%)

Once the brief has been signed, we will start working on the initial three design concepts (drafts). Additionally, we will send out the first of three invoices, requiring a 50% deposit before the project can continue.

04 - Feedback: (25% Payment)

Feedback is an important step that occurs at every stage of developing your brand. Once we send you the initial three design concepts, We will gather your feedback on each, resulting in you selecting one of the designs to move forward with. After this we will send you the second of three invoices to be paid prior to moving on (25% Payment)

05 - Three Rounds of Revisions:

We offer up to three rounds of revisions to ensure your design aligns perfectly with your vision. This process allows us to refine and enhance the chosen concept based on your feedback.

06 - Project Completion: (25% Payment)

After the rounds of revisions (up to three) and once you're satisfied with the design, we will issue the final invoice (25% payment). Upon receipt of payment, we will deliver all the design formats and items agreed upon in the brief.

Additionally, you will have lifetime backup of all project files for peace of mind.

For most projects, we offer payment over milestones (three payments). However, for larger projects or clients who wish to spread payments over a longer period, we provide Payment Plans. Choose the amount and how often you pay!

What sets our 
payment plans apart?

Design should be accessible to everyone, and our payment plans give you full control over payments for graphic design, whether for print or digital. We enable your business to obtain designs quickly while spreading the payments uo to 24 months, without any attached fees. (as long as payment is paid in full prior to late payment date)
You choose the amount and frequency of your payments. Choose weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly, allowing you to pay the invoice over up to 24 months.
Flexible payment, no strings attached. Pay early or change the payment frequency and amount at any time!  
(The payment amount cannot be less than the amount required to meet the final payment date.)
Easily change to a payment plan or back to a single invoice at any time with no fees.
