Challenge:

Fulfill My Order, an emerging ecommerce fulfillment company, seeks to establish a compelling brand identity that embodies inclusivity and global connectivity. The challenge is to develop branding that resonates with our vision: to create a level playing field for businesses worldwide, facilitating seamless product development and delivery on a global scale. We aim to craft a professional, cohesive brand image that instills confidence in our clients while embodying our commitment to unity and accessibility in the ecommerce landscape..

Our work in designing the brand for Fulfill My Order aimed to exceed expectations by crafting a brand identity that leaves a lasting impression. Our goal was to create a brand that, despite being new to the market, seamlessly integrates while emanating freshness, vibrancy, and distinctiveness. The design stands out with its bold colors and dynamic visuals, setting it apart from competitors. Above all, the brand fosters connections, resonating with consumers and establishing a sense of community in the ecommerce landscape.

Strategy & Approach

DEVELOPING THE STRATEGY

Over a one-day facilitated session, we met with the client, Fulfill My Order, and we set out to surface the challenges they, as a company, faced. In the process, they prioritized the needs and goals of the business and its customers

DEFINING THE BRAND

Through a series of exercises in the strategy session, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brand’s personality: how it should look, sound, and act, and clarified who they are as a brand and who they want their customers to be. This process became the foundation for the branding and marketing plans for 2021 and beyond.

UNDERSTANDING THE USERS AND POSITIONING

Fulfill My Order operates within a crowded market, comprising not only ecommerce companies but also general fulfillment companies. It's crucial to define and narrow down their end target users to better design and brand products around them. We created unique user profiles representing a range of attendees, painting a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs, and wants. The rationale behind this is that it helps us create a brand that is specifically tailored to the customer and their needs.

Brand Refresh

A new look

The end result of the logo design showcases the brand's key pillars, illustrating the connection between people online and the ecommerce fulfillment company in two ways. Firstly, through the text used in the logo, where it's all one word, conveying a sense of connectivity. Secondly, through the logo mark, where the circle represents the different fulfillment company departments, and the dots are interconnected to depict the fulfillment of ecommerce orders.
