Flaming Fowl
Challenge
Flaming Fowl approached us with the passion about creating a hot sauce destined for chicken wings! We had the challenge of developing a brand identity that felt fresh, spicy, and packed a punch. In addition to the brand identity, they required social media designs and a reward card. We worked closely with Harry and the team at Flaming Fowl to understand their vision and goals and delivered a comprehensive brand identity that exceeded their expectations.
Outcome
We closely collaborated with Flaming Fowl team to create a brand identity that aligned with their vision and values, and resonated with their target customers. In addition, we designed social media and print materials that reinforced the new brand identity, established a consistent visual language, and provided a comprehensive brand identity that surpassed their expectations.
PHASE ONE
Strategy & Approach
DEVELOPING THE STRATEGY
During a one-day facilitated session, our team met with Harry and his team at Flaming Fowl. Together, we identified and addressed several challenges the company faced, such as differentiating themselves in the hot sauce market and prioritizing the needs and goals of both the business and its customers.
To tackle these challenges, we first analyzed current market trends to understand industry demand and customer behavior. Additionally, we conducted market research to determine the preferences and needs of the local community and potential customers. Based on this information, we developed a comprehensive branding package that catered to all the client's needs.
To prioritize the needs and goals of both the business and its customers, we implemented a feedback system that allowed customers to rate our services and provide suggestions for improvement. We also held regular team meetings to ensure alignment between the company's mission and goals and the needs of our customers.
DEFINING THE BRAND
During our strategy session, we performed a series of exercises to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This process aided in defining the brand's personality, encompassing its visual, verbal, and behavioral aspects. Our main objective was to establish the brand's identity and target customers, which served as the basis for their branding and marketing plans beyond 2023.
At Made by Campfire, we don't simply design brands for clients - we design brands with a customer-centric approach. This methodology enables us to develop brands that effectively engage and resonate with the intended audience.
PHASE TWO
Brand Design - (re) branded!
With this project Harry originally started to design the brand and ask us to help carry on what we started. When rebranding, it's important to consider the previous design and its significance. Understanding the history and legacy of the old brand identity allows for a thoughtful and strategic approach to rebranding. By building upon what worked well and resonated with the audience, you can maintain continuity. Honoring the past design shows respect for the brand's heritage and builds trust with stakeholders and customers. Considering the past ensures effective and respectful rebranding efforts.
